Matthys Group consists of 3 companies which are Matthy NV, Evilo NV ve Shapes Subcontracting. Matthys with a history of more than 100 years, has been manufacturing creels and accessories for the tafting sector since 1983. After 1986, the company extended its machinery range and started the production of inspection and rolling units and compensators. Together with Evilo, the company established Mathhys Group in 2003.
Evilo, established in 1927, manufactured its first winding machine 5 years later the World War II. In 80’s and 90’s, the company started to apply automatic systems on its machines and continued its growth by participating in Matthys Group in 2003. Evilo offers 4 different types of winding machines (Eurowinder, Ecowinder, Prowinder and Contractwinder) and yarn solutions.
