Capable of offering production on textiles with the highest printing quality even at high speeds, Mouvent 8-colour multi-pass digital printing machine TX801 is introduced to the Turkish market. Starting a new process in digital textiles printing, Mouvent TX801 offers some unique features compared to the conventional textiles digital printing machines.
Cenk Elkatip, Mouvent Regional Sales Manager, answered the questions of our publishing group about the TX801 introduced to the market and shared important information about the privileged printing technologies offered by the machine. Cenk states there are 4 genius engineers behind the unique innovations of Mouvent, despite being a new company, and says, "This team, consisted of 4 engineers, are the creators of Domino machine, which is owned by Brother now and which is the star of the packaging sector. Very experienced in their areas of expertise, this team brought innovations that revolutionized textile digital printing. The Fuji Samba head used by Mouvent is a new 1200 dpi head that has been used in textiles, and it has a much clearer image than the Kyocera's 600 dpi image, while the heads have a life span that is three times the size of the market. Fuji Samba's protective hard-bodied film beneath the heads is no longer affected by the impact on the head fabrics, relieving users in this respect.
Elkatip indicates Mouvent's own invention, Mouvent Cluster technology, heads, electronics, filters, cooling and ignition units and all the other elements are all included in a very special box produced with 3D printing and says, "These boxes, in the form of 4 and 8 heads, extend the life of the heads by completely taking control of electronic cards suffering from paint fuzziness. Users do not have to make positional adjustments since the alignment adjustments of the heads in the Mouvent Cluster are made during production."
First In Textiles Digital Printing
Cenk Elkatip further suggests the positioning of the head in the direction of fabric flow on the machine has never been done in textile digital printing. "Accordingly, the width of the head group is less than 10 cm, making the machine very compact. Thanks to this arrangement, it is also possible to solve band traces that can be solved by decreasing the machine capacity by only one way printing, which is one of the biggest problems in digital printing, thus offering you the opportunity to do double printing every time. Another innovation is that the machines offer single pass solutions ranging from 200 square meters of multi-pass solutions up to 100 meters veils per minute, with Mouvent Clusters placed one after the other or side by side or side-by-side like lego.
Digital Printing Sets Its Eyes On Rotation Printing
Elkatip also states significant momentum has been recorded thanks to the developments in digital textile printing from past to present and explains the evolution of digital printing as follows: "I started this business 14 years ago as a contract manufacturer. My first machines were the machines that print half a meter in an hour, which was not used by a company in France. For many years, digital printing was seen as a boutique production. It has served as customised productions or limited productions demanded by very luxurious brands. Companies around Como in Italy gave birth to dozens of companies who saw this need and were considered the center of digital printing. While this was supposed to go on like this, companies like Zara, H & M, who offer quality products to the those people with middle income discovered the digital printing. Digital printing enabled them to increase their collections from 2 to 12 collections and manufacture as many as they sell, which means zero stock. Patterns limited with report dyes and colours limited with the number of templates are now back in the past and the textile sector is now filled with millions of colours and unlimited report dyes thanks to digital printing. The only problem at this stage was the cost of production, which was quickly solved by the fact that the dyestuffs were rapidly becoming cheaper and the machines provide faster solutions compared to rotation machines. Boutique digital printing production started in Como now set its eyes on the throne of 30 billion meters / year classical rotation and film druck printing. All the data shows that digital printing will grow every year, taking share bit by bit from the classic print. "
Goal Is To Possess 30% Of The Market
"Target of Jean Pascal Bobst, Board Member at BOBST, which is one of the prominent partners of Mouvent, is to take minimum 30% shares in world textile sector and become one of the 3 top companies in this sector, just like every other business he attempts. As the organisation of Mouvent in Turkey, we also share the same goal in our markets in Turkey and Pakistan, Uzbekistan, Iran and Middle East", concludes Elkatip, providing insight into their market targets for 2018.
