Modiano Mümessillik will introduce the latest technological developments of such leading textile machinery manufacturers of the world as Savio, Rite, Simet, Autefa, Ommi, Scaglia, Roj, Prashant, MCS, Bianco, Tecnorama, Lafer, Loris Bellini and RF Systems at Kahramanmaraş Textile Machinery Fair – KTM 2016.
Represented by A. Modiano, Savio will exhibit the solutions newly developed for the yarn sector at the fair as well. A. Modiano that will exhibit Eco PulsarS and Polar Multicone developed by Savio in the operating state to the textile firms operating in and around Kahramanmaraş during the fair. It will also share its knowledge and experience about the import of textile raw materials and marketing solutions at the fair.
Eco PulsarS
Eco PulsarS that was developed by Savio and stands out with sustainable economic advantages meets the expectations of the sector in terms of energy saving, productivity and air conditioner operation efficiency. Being the fifth generation of Savio bobbin machines following Ras, Espero, Orion and Polar models, Eco PulsarS offers 30 % energy saving and 10 % efficiency increase for the firms. One of the most important features of Eco PulsarS is that suction system has been optimized according to the needs of the machine thanks to the independent motors found on each head. Besides, Eco PulsarS ensures optimum efficiency without limitations owing to such facilities as Controlled Cutting System, Yarn Tension Control System, Waste Collection & Sorting System and Enhanced Knotting Systems which minimise losses during the production process.
Polar Multicone
Another machine to be introduced by A. Modiano at KTM 2016, Polar Multicone was developed in line with the demands of the firms manufacturing dye tubes and fine yarn counts by using Savio’s drumless digital yarn guided winding technology. Multicone system can be easily adjusted through computer and ensures that bobbins can be shaped according to different usages like dyeing, weaving and knitting. Standing out with low energy consumption, Multicone has the features of manual or independent automatic feeding and delivery through automatic link which are found in all Polar models.
Allowing for an easy and rapid change in the winding process in order to prepare all formats needed by the yarn sector, the drumless Polar Multicone has a striking usage. Polar Multicone that will offer high flexibility to the firms wanting to obtain bobbins of different types and sizes will be at the booth of Modiano at KTM 2016.
