The lubricants used in the textile sector are of great importance in order to overcome these problems, reduce abrasion, decrease downtime and extend maintenance intervals. Manufacturing special-purpose lubricants for the textile sector to this end, Klüber Lubrication offered its special products to the interest of the sector at ITMA 2015.
Klübersynth 80 KV
Klüber Lubrication continues to meet the market needs in the best way possible with more than 70 perfluoro polyether (PFPE) lubricants and grease under the brand names of Barrierta, Klüberalfa and Klübertemp. Klübersynth 80 KV, one of the machines exhibited by ITMA at the fair, is new gear oil that is anti-ageing and resistant to high temperatures. This polyglycol-based synthetic oil has a perfect viscosity-temperature behaviour, high load-carrying capacity and safe protection against abrasion. Klübertemp GR AR 555 which is a multi-purpose grease offering long-term lubrication in the new product portfolio of Klüber Lubrication was developed for operations up to 250 °C, in particular. This grease is suitable for use in numerous different equipments being subject to difficult environment conditions.
Klüber Silvertex HS 68
Another new product exhibited by Klüber Lubrication to the visitors, Klüber Silvertex HS-68 was designed, tested and approved with a close cooperation with the leading manufacturer of wide width and high speed circular knitting machines. Klüber Silvertex HS 68 can reach speed factors above 2100 that is 70 rotations of a 30” machine. Thus, with this product, it becomes possible to manufacture single knit fabric more than 1500 kg per day.
Klüber Madol 900 N
Especially developed to meet the needs of modern mechanical knitting machines, Klüber Madol 900 N lubricates needles, sinkers, needle cams, needle cylinders, dials and sinker rings in a reliable manner. This special oil provides a good protection against abrasion and extends the service life of the stitch forming elements. Thanks to its vibration and noise damping properties, Klüber Madol 900 N offers a more comfortable working opportunity. Suitable for being cleaned by traditional washing chemicals, the oil is compatible with the elastane fibres.
