James Heal Attracted Attention with Titan4 in America

James Heal, England-based producer of textile testing and laboratory devices, achieved great success with Titan4 Universal Resistance Device, at North America Techtextil Exhibition. 9th Techtextil Exhibition, held at Gergia World Congress Center in Atlanta between April 24-26, among 3000 participants in total, became one of the most attracting companies for visitors. The exhibition dedicated to technical textile and nonwoven focused on garment, households, sports wear and technical products developed for medical applications.

James Heal Lisa Earnshaw, James Heal Business Development Manager, stated that Techtextil North America 2012 is an attracting exhibition and pointed out the intense interest on the firm’s stand. Saying that James heal has focused on American market, Earnshaw mentioned about the exhibition’s importance in this respect. The company introduced many sensitive devices along with the new machine brand Titan4 Universal Strength Testing Device in the exhibition. The device is equipped with a tool-free fitting system not requiring instruments as well as interchangeable specimen grips and cartridge load cells. Coming with intuitive TestWise software, Titan4 can serve in 7 different languages, including Turkish.

Yielding Precise Results in Many Different Applications

Titan4, developed for strength measurements of products in a wide range such as textile, leather and nonwoven has a design, electronic system and software completely different from its old versions. In this compact system developed and manufactured in England, there is a series of tool-free interchangeable specimen grips. With three load cells up to 300 kg, Titan4 aims at meeting all needs required for strength test. With universal power supply for all voltage variations, it also provides an integrated pneumatic system for regulation of air pressure and a PC control.

Titan4 also stands out with its new software TestWise 2012. This software developed by the company allows assessing strength measurements of different materials from yarn to leather. The software, operating in 7 different languages including Turkish, analyses the sample results instantly and provides the users in graphic forms.

At James Heal’s stand, TruBrust3 performing 3D fatigue test, erosion and pilling tester 900 series Martindale and Spray Rating Tester were also introduced. In addition to presenting their products to visitors, the company provided information on service and calibration sections.

James Heal, established in 1872 and being a family-owned enterprise celebrating their 140th year of foundation, is represented by Aygenteks in Turkey.
