One of the leading companies of textile, label and industrial printing markets, SPGPrints expanded its production capacity with the plants opened in Kufstein (Austria) in order to meet the great demand to the newly introduced JAVELIN® Digital Textile Printing Machine.

JAVELIN Offers High Resolution Quality in Printing
JAVELIN was designed for companies with annual textile production volumes up to 2 million meters. Printing machine ensures clarity in the image by scanning an area of 1850 mm wide at a single pass with Fujifilm Dimatix Samba print heads placed in a sequence. Fine details in the lines, soft transitions in the colors and patterns, stain shaped patterns and geometrical figures can be printed in accordance with the original image at a resolution of 1200 dpi with the JAVELIN’s ability to offer varying drop sizes (2 pL-10pL).
Archer® print head technology which is offered by JAVELIN and is completely special to SPGPrints allows making high-precision prints from higher injection distances. Since injection nozzles are 4 mm away from the material, JAVELIN works in compliance with various materials including digital transfer paper and damage possibility is minimized in print head. Additionally, only based on the use of six colors, Archer® technology offers a wider color scale than all other solutions in digital textile printing.
Archer technology is used in PIKE® single-scan printing machine which is a successful product of SPGPrints. Working with 43 Fujifilm Dimatix Samba print heads in a stable row, PIKE has a printing capacity up to 13 million meters per year. Both machines can make production at the same outstanding quality level.
Sales and service coordination of JAVELIN printing machine is performed from the center of SPGPrints in Boxmeer (Netherlands). Demo center and digital textile ink factory are located in the same place, as well.
