Electronic yarn guide found in Sincro Sprint is equipped with independent winding needles having precision crossing angle and motor-driven bobbin and is a new, compact and efficient spooling concept. Having even a built-in tension control device, the machine can reach such high winding speeds as 1.1750 meters per minute. In Sincro Sprint where mechanical speed is 2.250 m per minute, numerous advantages are also offered such as diversity, option and modification in all necessary parameters for winding on flanged bobbins.
Electronic yarn guide technology and precision crossing angles inserted into Sincro Sprint guarantees a uniform laying with a micrometric tolerance. In this way, Sincro Sprint can reach the optimum unwinding process during the subsequent coating processes and can obtain optimum unwinding process during the subsequent coating and twisting processes. In addition, in order to preserve the same density between inner and outer layers of the bobbin and accordingly prevent creasing of twists at the bottom, Sincro Sprint uses “Tens Control ITM” technology that is a completely electronic in-line tension control system.
Thanks to the constant regulation system, Sincro Sprint allows restoring the tension within specified parameters and also intervening in even the slightest variation and guarantees a uniform tension in the bobbins and thus, assures the same density both between inner and outer layers and one bobbin and the other.
