Benninger Presented Its Sustainable Dyeing and Finishing Technologies at Itma Asia

The company introduced its new SingeRay singeing machine, designed especially for knitted fabrics, for the first time at the fair, drawing significant attention alongside its proven technologies from its extensive portfolio.

Strong Interest in Benninger’s Sustainability-Focused Technologies

Benninger demonstrated its machines designed to process various fibers and blends with high first-time-right efficiency, reflecting the company’s sustainability-driven operational approach.
At its booth, Benninger experts presented solutions that enhance resource efficiency in dyeing and finishing processes.

Chemical-Free Singeing Technology Became a Highlight of the Exhibition

Benninger’s new SingeRay solution attracted considerable interest due to its elimination of chemical use and high water consumption associated with traditional biopolishing processes.
The fully physical process—carried out with a gas-heated flame—removes short surface fibers to create a smoother, shinier fabric appearance.

The SingeRay features two burners, silicon carbide combustion chambers that maintain stable burner temperatures, and adjustable flame width, offering low gas consumption and high efficiency. Its 30-ton-per-day production capacity positioned the machine as one of the most powerful technologies introduced at the fair.

FabricMaster Jet Dyeing Machine Set a New Industry Standard

Benninger’s FabricMaster jet dyeing machine impressed visitors with its speed, versatility, and low operating costs.
According to shared insights, the FabricMaster delivers:

  • Shorter process times
  • A wide range of fabric compatibility
  • Low water consumption
  • Safe fabric transport, strong liquor penetration, and high rope speeds

Positioning it as a new benchmark in the discontinuous dyeing segment.

Salt-Free CPB Dyeing Technology Attracted Attention in Tropical Markets

Benninger also introduced its optimized solutions for cold pad batch (CPB) salt-free dyeing, increasingly preferred in tropical and subtropical regions.
The company’s unique Küsters DyePad technology, featuring S-roller expertise, ensures even dye distribution across the full fabric width, making it a standout component of the company’s display.

A Clear Message to the Industry: Fewer Resources, Higher Efficiency

With the solutions presented at the fair, Benninger showcased a production approach that reduces water and chemical use, lowers operating costs, and enhances fabric quality.
The company’s innovation-focused strategy was recognized as one of the notable examples of sustainable technology at Itma Asia + Citme 2025.
