GOLLER, which carries its 120 years of technical know-how to nowadays, continues to offer new solutions under the roof of Fong’s Europe. The new EFFECTA washing chambers developed for the processing of flexible and highly fracture-sensitive woven fabrics have achieved high washing results with less water and solved the problems of fracture and damage in the fabrics. The SİNTENSA rotor-drum washing system, developed for the very sensitive processing of knitted fabrics with high elastane content, can provide very successful washing results with less water.
THEN, the Inventor of Airflow at the ITEKS Stand
THEN, who invented the groundbreaking air (Airflow) dyeing technology in fabric dyeing, continues to develop new techniques under the roof of Fong’s Europe. While it achieves unrivaled results especially in the processing of new generation fibers (modal, tencell, lyocell, viscose etc.), it also provides very economical values in the dyeing of cotton and polyester fabrics.
THEN has developed new technologies that eliminate the haspel mechanism that can cause unwanted problems such as breakage and polishing in the dyeing of fabrics. The round-shaped SMARTFLOW and horizontal-shaped SUPRATEC LTM models using this technology have started to be used in Turkey. THEN, Fong’s National Engineering company, which provides the lowest water consumption in this field with its own pump and circulation mechanism developed in bobbin dyeing, is rightfully proud of its share in the copying of this technology by its competitors years later.

Machinery Investments and Sector Outlook
While making the following assessment of the past year; ''Regional investments, especially in the Central Anatolia and Southeastern Anatolia regions, carry great expectations in terms of renewal and capacity increase. Companies in the sector aim to make better preparations for the future by increasing their machinery investments. However, the devastating effects of the earthquakes in the region negatively affected machinery investments. 2024 was a year when difficulties began to emerge for the Turkish textile sector. The main reasons for the difficulties were the insufficient foreign demand as well as the significant increase in production costs.'' Çakırca, who evaluated that investment decisions can be made in the sector in 2025 and that the sector will be better compared to 2024, said, ‘’Similar problems may also continue in 2025. However, if regional conflicts decrease or even come to a halt, 2025 may be relatively better compared to last year. Textile employers whom foresee that 2026 will be better in such a scenario may increase their machinery investments in order to be ready. With its innovative perspective, sustainability-oriented approach and strong representative network, ITEKS continues to make a significant contribution to the future of the Turkish textile sector and to serve its stakeholders with its renewed face. This approach plays an important role in increasing the competitiveness of the Turkish textile sector in the international arena.’’
