Global consultancy representatives in 2024.’’ Ünal said, ‘’We have been the Turkish representative of Grob, Swiss dok winding systems and Hunziker, Naveta, Gebr.Klöcker, Scholze, Derix and Crealet brands of weaving machine accessories for many years. Finally, we will try to gain new customers in the region with the Spanish Jumberca brand circular knitting machines.’’
‘’Gaziantep and its Region are Important Markets for Us’’
Alesta Mümessillik, a solution partner for companies operating in the textile sector, will introduce the latest technological innovations of its brands under its own umbrella at GTM 2025. Regarding GTM 2025, Alesta Mümessillik General Manager Sinan Ünal shared his belief on the fair which organized in Gaziantep, with the intense trafficking in the textile sector, to be very successful. Stating that Gaziantep is the center of textile production, Ünal said, “Businesses in the Gaziantep region have started to modernize their machines. There was a Global Stagnation in Our Sector Last Year
Ünal, who made a sector assessment of the last year, underlined the global contraction in the textile sector and said, ‘’Our sales also decreased in 2024 due to the global stagnation in our textiles. In this context, the decrease in new investments also revealed an outlook which is not encouraging on a project basis. We expect the textile sector to recover and revive again in 2025 next year.’’
Sinan Ünal concluded his speech by evaluating the Gaziantep Textile Machinery Fair, saying, ‘We attach importance to the GTM 2025 fair in regional development and in the calendar of meeting with our customers.’’
