Trützschler to Showcase Next-Generation Yarn Preparation Technologies

Trützschler will exhibit its revolutionary solutions for yarn preparation processes, offering significant innovations to visitors.

New Generation Carding Machine: Up to 40% Efficiency Increase with TC 30i

One of the standout machines at Caitme 2025 will be Trützschler’s next-generation carding machine, the TC 30i, which was introduced to the market in 2024. Tested particularly for synthetic fiber applications, the TC 30i offers up to 40% efficiency gains without compromising yarn quality, according to customer feedback.

Equipped with the intelligent gap optimizer T-GO, the machine maintains ideal carding gaps independent of the operator, ensuring consistent quality despite changing production conditions. Moreover, thanks to its advanced waste suction system, different types of waste can be collected separately, and more than 50% of this waste can be recycled in high quality. The WASTECONTROL system also improves raw material efficiency by preventing unnecessary fiber losses.

Shorter Processes and Higher Quality with Integrated Draw Frame IDF 3

Visitors will also be able to explore the IDF 3 integrated draw frame, which significantly shortens the yarn preparation process without compromising quality. Especially when processing raw materials with a high proportion of short fibers, the IDF 3 enhances yarn quality and provides up to 3% time savings thanks to its improved doffing system. This results in a substantial productivity advantage, particularly for large-scale production facilities.

A New Era in Recycling: Sustainable Yarn Production with TRUECYCLED

Another highlight Trützschler will present at the exhibition is the TRUECYCLED system, a recycling solution that enables textile waste to be reprocessed into high-quality yarns using modern carding and drawing technologies. This integrated solution contributes to the circular economy.

One of the most successful examples developed on the TRUECYCLED platform is the WYRON TRUECYCLED yarn, which is produced under license by Brain of Materials. This special yarn contains 50% post-consumer textile waste and 50% recycled polyester. These yarns are now being used in textile surfaces of electric vehicles such as Lotus Eletre and Emeya. This development clearly demonstrates how the automotive and textile industries can align with sustainability goals.

New Service Equipment from TCC: T-WINDER and FBC

Trützschler Card Clothing (TCC) will showcase two major innovations in card clothing technology. The first is the T-WINDER service device, which displays the applied tension in real-time during installation, eliminating operator errors and optimizing carding machine performance. Compatible with all yarn and nonwoven carding machines, this system has the potential to pay back its investment in a short time.

The second major innovation is Flexible Bend Control (FBC). FBC enables precise leveling on all card models within seconds. It provides time and cost advantages by ensuring quality in production lines that require fast setup and changeovers.

A Clear Message from Trützschler: Efficiency, Sustainability, and Quality Combined

The technologies Trützschler will showcase at Caitme 2025 are not only about upgrading machinery, but also about offering integrated solutions that increase sustainability in production processes, reduce waste, promote recycling, and ensure consistent quality regardless of operator influence.

Trützschler Group SE operates nine production facilities worldwide and provides close customer service with local teams in many countries, including Turkey.
