Trützschler Group is preparing to participate in ITM 2026, which will be held in Istanbul between June 9-13, with its latest machine technologies, digital solutions and service applications. At its booth located in Hall 7 at the Tüyap Fair and Congress Center, the company will present its new systems developed for Spinning, Card Clothing and Nonwovens to industry professionals.
A new step in automation with T-CAN
One of the most remarkable solutions from Trützschler Spinning at the exhibition will be T-CAN. The company’s new automation system combines self-driving cans with AGV technology and digital software infrastructure. The system is designed to reduce manual handling, lower operating costs and minimize downtime. Developed in response to rising labor costs and workforce shortages in the global textile industry, T-CAN is positioned as an important solution for more automation-focused and efficient spinning mills.
The TC 30i and IDF 3 combination stands out
Another major solution to be introduced at the exhibition will be the direct spinning setup formed by the next-generation TC 30i carding machine and the IDF 3 integrated draw frame system. Trützschler announced that the TC 30i offers up to 40% higher productivity while maintaining yarn quality. Thanks to the T-GO technology integrated into the system, highly precise carding settings can be achieved beyond manual adjustments. Developed for rotor and airjet applications, the IDF 3 offers a shorter spinning preparation process while maintaining quality levels. With its new can-changing system, card efficiency is increased by up to 3%, while advanced measuring systems provide a more homogeneous sliver structure and more stable yarn parameters. The company states that the TC 30i and IDF 3 combination offers significant advantages especially in processing recycled materials and raw materials with high short-fiber content.
Capacity increase in combing technology
Trützschler will also highlight its TCO 21XL combing technology at the exhibition. The system, operating with 12 heads, is said to deliver approximately 50% higher productivity compared to conventional 8-head combing systems. Supported by the COUNT CONTROL function, the system is designed to provide a constant sliver count and achieve a higher quality standard.
Digital services and modernization solutions
In addition to machine technologies, Trützschler’s digital service solutions will also be among the key highlights at ITM 2026. The company states that its MyMill platform enables mills to monitor and optimize production processes. Through the My Trützschler platform, users can access training, spare parts and digital service applications. The company will also introduce modernization solutions for existing machinery, local service teams and spare parts support infrastructure at the exhibition.
New solutions for Card Clothing and Nonwovens
Trützschler Card Clothing (TCC) will present its new flat top solution developed with a focus on long service life and durability. The product, which is fully recyclable, is said to operate seamlessly with Trützschler’s intelligent carding systems. On the nonwovens side, the T-SUPREMA needle-punching concept developed in cooperation with Texnology and the new NC-Xe card technology stand out. The company aims to provide high efficiency and flexible production with solutions developed for technical textiles and hygiene nonwovens. The NC-X series, capable of processing microfibers as fine as 0.4 denier, is particularly designed to contribute to high-volume and soft surface formation in hygiene products.
