Rimtex, operating in the field of sliver management and spinning technologies, is preparing to introduce its next-generation solutions to industry professionals at ITM Türkiye. With a product portfolio ranging from data-driven systems to automation solutions, the company will showcase technologies developed for yarn quality, production efficiency and process optimisation.
A new approach to sliver management with Pi Score
One of Rimtex’s highlighted technologies at the exhibition will be Pi Score. Developed by the company, the system is described as a scientific measurement model capable of evaluating critical parameters in sliver management through a single score. Developed through years of manufacturing experience, Pi Score is said to provide mills with the opportunity to analyse their performance more transparently.
The new SUMO Spinning Cans series to be introduced at the exhibition has been developed to increase production capacity. The company announced that the new range offers up to 10% more sliver loading capacity. Compatible with Ring, Open-End and Airjet systems, the product group has reportedly attracted strong interest from spinning mills in different markets within a short period of time.
Automation and digital tracking systems come to the forefront
Rimtex will also showcase its automation and digitalisation solutions at ITM Türkiye. WIZCAN, described as the world’s first “sliver intelligence system,” enables mills to monitor and manage sliver movement in real time. The system is currently being actively used in various mills in India. Sliver Bot, developed by the company, aims to simplify automation processes particularly for mills of different scales. Operating with precise navigation and intelligent decision-making mechanisms, the system is designed to optimise material flow and contribute to mill productivity.
Solutions focused on spinning performance
Rimtex’s X-Axis Rings and Travellers system will also be among the highlighted product groups at the exhibition. The company states that data-driven ring and traveller selection directly affects yarn parameters and production performance. Developed within the scope of the “Spinning Wellness” approach, the system is designed to reduce yarn damage, improve quality parameters and increase profitability. Meanwhile, durable and dust-free wheel systems developed by Kalpar Castors will also be displayed at the exhibition. The systems are designed to reduce machine stoppages and ensure smoother material movement in textile mills.
