Roza Plastik will introduce ring tubes, roving reel, transfer and folding bobbins that provide energy saving and efficiency to yarn factories at the Gaziantep Textile Machinery Fair GTM 2025 to ensure that Gaziantep and its region, which draws attention with its central location for yarn production, meet with high-quality domestic products.
Roza Plastik, which has made significant investments in the field of machinery and molding with Italian technology and Turkish/Italian know-how in the Hadımköy Organized Industrial Zone, produces ring tubes, roving reels, transfer and folding bobbins, plastic cylindrical and straight conical bobbins suitable for fixing, single and mutliple uses paint coils for yarn dyehouses which are used in ring-open-end yarn production and are in demand across yarn dyeing companies.
Providing information about the innovations offered recently in their product range, Roza Plastik General Manager Ali Zabunoğlu emphasized on their pursuit of technological developments for enhancing the benefits offered to their customers every passing day and continued with the following, “We have developed new products that will increase efficiency in yarn mills, especially while considering the economic conditions in recent times” and said, “In order to provide enhanced efficiency to our customers, we have significantly reduced the ring tubes base weights. Thus, we aimed for businesses to save energy, produce more yarn by reducing the outer diameter and reach a lower doffing rates. Similarly, we have reduced the heavyweight and cut down on diameter for roving reels. In paint coils, we widened the hole structures to ease the bath flow, increase dye quality and reduce energy costs.”
