Organized with the support of Gaziantep Metropolitan Municipality and the cooperation of the Housing Development Administration (TOKİ), Ortadoğu YAPIEXPO 2025 will open its doors between October 1-4 with the participation of nearly 300 companies and official delegations from 10 countries.
The fair, which will be held at the Gaziantep Middle East Fair Center with the contributions of the Gaziantep Chamber of Industry, Gaziantep Chamber of Commerce and Gaziantep Organized Industrial Zone, is of critical importance as it will be held in the region where post-earthquake construction has accelerated.
A Strategic Meeting Point for Post-Earthquake Reconstruction
The fair, which will be held during the housing construction process initiated after the February 6, 2023 earthquakes, is expected to offer a multi-faceted platform focusing on the reconstruction needs of both Turkey and Syria.
Organized in Cooperation with TOKİ
The Middle East YAPIEXPO 2025 fair, which will be held with the cooperation of TOKİ, the leading institution in housing construction in Turkey, since the corporation will not participate only as a participant but also as a major actors which define the thematic structure and technical direction of the event.
Topics such as fast and safe housing construction after disasters, urban transformation, durable building technologies and sustainable city planning will be discussed at the fair in special panels supported by TOKİ. The fair will also set the ground for new collaborations to be established between TOKİ's field experience and application models and the public-private sector.
New Horizons with the Syria Construction Forum
The "Syria Construction Forum" to be organized within the scope of the fair will bring to the agenda the roles that the Turkish construction sector can undertake in the reconstruction of Syria, which suffered heavy damage after the war.
Turkish contracting companies and construction material manufacturers will have the opportunity to come together with Syrian authorities and international organizations to take part in various projects from infrastructure to public buildings. This will both ensure technical experience sharing and open concrete doors for Turkish companies to the Syrian market.

Official procurement committees invited to the fair in cooperation with the Syrian Ministry of Trade will be able to establish direct contact with Turkish companies through B2B meetings, and the foundations of commercial cooperation will be laid in many sectors, especially cement, iron-steel, prefabricated construction, infrastructure equipment and engineering services. In this respect, the fair will not only serves as a promotional area, but also as a strategic contact point that will strengthen post-war economic cooperation between Turkey and Syria.
