Technologies and Innovations will be Exhibited at KTM 2019

Answering the question of which technologies and innovations Uster will exhibit in KTM 2019, Aepli stated that Uster will focus on the future of textile quality management; “A world in which the substandard quality is actually prevented rather than simply monitored and eliminated. For factories, this new situation allows them to avoid low quality. Only provided by Uster Technologies through the ultimate Quality Management Platform, Uster® Quality Expert.”

Edith Aepli also said, “For example, yarn manufacturers no longer have to rely on expensive cleaner cuts in winding to maintain their quality.” and added more details about this subject, “Uster® Quantum 3 now reaches the peak in connected intelligence: prevention of yarn defects at the source. Fiber cleaning and ring spinning data are integrated with 100% yarn tracking from the production line to reveal the optimization potential of the entire factory.”

Uster and Turkish Markets

Aepli mentioned that the Turkish textile industry is one of the best quality-oriented sectors worldwide and she said that Turkey is an important market for Uster quality testing and monitoring systems. Most companies in Turkey adopted Uster's ‘Managing a textile factory quality-oriented’ approach to monitor and to harness advanced quality management disciplines and the inclusion of 11 Usterızed® yarn factory in Turkey, seem to support this notion.”

Aepli maintained and summarized her speech about Turkish Markets, “Uster's product portfolio and the latest developments match Turkish companies' commitment to modernization. Turkish companies rely on data-driven decisions, embrace the advantages of connectivity and choose the latest technologies and the most advanced solutions.”
