‘The Model of Perfection’ is Discussed in Çerezköy

The seminar of ÇOSB OPEX Group which is consisting of voluntary companies from KalDer in Çorlu and Çerkezköy Organized Industrial Site has been held at Çerkezköy OSB in March. The participation to the event which was organized to guide Small and Medium sized businesses for “Total Quality Management and Sustainable Recovery’ was highly active.  The working group which is combined with manufacturers such as BSH Ev Aletleri, Arçelik and Hema Endüstri beside of important companies in textile sector like Yünsa, Denge Kimya ve Zorlu Tekstili has passed its first meeting successfully with an active participation.

The organization, whose main aim is to make companies help each other by mentioning about technics developed in added-value production of companies, has been curiously followed by students and sector’s leading manufacturers. Textil Dunyasi Magazine has followed the event in site and has received opinion from managers of Yünsa and Denge Kimya.

We will Include the Environment in Our Studies

Sema Kırkoyun, expert of Yünsa Quality Systems, has explained that as a company of Yünsa, they started to mention about applications in the organization so called ‘The Day of Awareness in Perfection’ that can be a model for other companies. Kırkoyun has said that the idea of creating such a working group was come out when KalDer participated to this structure. Kırkoyun who has emphasized an organization with supports of 6 companies in the event and with KalDer was decided. Kırkoyun has said there are many things that companies will learn from each other. Kırkoyun who has indicated that the organization was planned in November but it is postponed until this date because of some reasons like bad weather conditions, companies’ intensively working in year-end, has defined the participation is more than expected. Kırkoyun who has indicates they will develop projects in terms of environmental differently from the seminar; has added “We continue to afforestation studies and we continue to support companies to create infrastructure.”

“Decisions Must be Taken by Professionals”

Refik Gülbahar, International Sales Manager, who has talked on behalf of Denge Kimya, one of the 6 organization supporter companies, has made a presentation about ‘Leadership in Perfection – Perfection in Leadership”. Gülbahar has said SME’s is not delivered to sufficient professionals and they are still managed as a family company. Gülbahar who has emphasized companies must be managed by professionals instead of families to continue its activity for many years; has added “Alteration must be taken in account to win”.

Gülbahar who has argued working without planning, communication problems, taking decisions by only company owner cause annoying process and she has added “Company owners cause dangerous results by taking decision oneself. These decisions should be taken by professionals. If necessary, management should be delivered to these people. Otherwise, these problems will be remained as obstacle in front of companies and will prevent to transform in structure of corporation.”

Gülbahar who has remarked the duty of the bosses is to make better company design has indicated “The most important thing is design because company cannot make more than organized, a perfect future comes with designed steps”. Gülbahar who has emphasized that they took ‘perfection model’ as an example to ensure achievement of sustainability as Denge Kimya, has added they experienced an efficient alteration process after this application.

Gülbahar who has reminded they apply ‘EFQM perfection model’ has said “we have passed a successful period with our boss’s self-denial and with support of KalDer. Gülbahar has finished his words by saying “We made an internal inspection due to 9 main criteria and 32 sub-criteria. We made intensive evaluation with our boss. We took strong decisions in long term related with the future of the company after discussions about leadership that became most important subject”.
