We should continue to develop in these areas in order to increase the added value. For this reason, our Ministry will continue to support such competitions. Successful finalists in here, as the Ministry of Commerce, we also support them in abroad education because we aim to increase the number of Turkey's ambassador in design by providing training opportunities in key schools.”

We must value human

Ahmet Öksüz, President of İTHİB, said that we have made huge investments in machinery as textile sector for years and he also said, “In the following process, we realized that we need to invest more in human. We have overcome this situation, which is a reflection of the negative perception that the sector does not deserve, with the scholarship we provide to students who prefer textile engineering. This organization, where the value given to the designer is revealed, has also been a proof of our investment in human.”
